Founder and CEO
Ashley Gordon is the Founder of the Quantum Coaching Academy. As a Quantum Coach herself, Ashley specializes in helping coaches master their craft so they can provide lifechanging transformations to their clients. Ashley is the creator of the Badass Manifester Brand and Podcast and is a certified Success Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Master NLP practitioner.

Jenna Teague is a Visionary Biz Strategist, Queer Psychotherapist, and Professional Co-Creator. The past 15 years have been spent helping clients dream bigger and execute their big visions, from a thriving private therapy practice to partnering with coaching industry leaders to achieve their first six-figure launches. Jenna holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Boston University, two years of additional training in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School for Professional Psychology, and a certification in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Jenna has also supported over 100 coaches in filling their 1:1 coaching practices and launching membership sites, masterminds, and their first group coaching programs.

Bella Falcon is a Certified Quantum Coach, powerful co-creator, and badass manifester! As a Manifesting Generator 4/6, Bella is multi-passionate and thrives in many areas. Her background in sales, events marketing, and customer service has equipped her with an exceptional ability to understand and meet the needs of our community with a unique blend of strategic thinking and compassionate leadership.
Expect a dose of Bella-love, world-class support, and a holistic approach to all of her communication in order to give you the best program experience!

❶ Based in South East Asia, Philippines — she’s your soul sister from the other side of the world!
❷ Former athlete with 3 sports: Track and Field, Gymnastics, and Taekwondo (and yes she's a BlackBelt)

Haley is an online systems manager and tech specialist. She supports entrepreneurs by systemizing and automating the backend of their businesses, so they can focus on stepping into their CEO roles and moving their dreams forward! When she's not working, Haley can be found traveling, reading, and learning new languages.

Callie Campanis is a Business Coach for online coaches + service providers and QCA's in-house Business Mentor. Callie supports entrepreneurs with a combination of strategy and mindset work to help their brands stand out on social media, book dream clients consistently, and grow their business in a way that feels exciting and aligned.

Emelina supports clients in making more money, growing their impact and doing it in the most sustainable and scalable way. Em believes business success is 50% mechanics (strategy, systems and structure), as well as 50% mindset (leadership, emotional intelligence and mental stamina during challenges). She loves teaching this to her clients to build offers that people love to buy, turn their followers into paying clients, becoming magnetic online and building a personal brand that gets them paid on repeat

BRETT GORDON
PODCAST PRODUCER
Brett is a lover of all digital platforms, podcasts, YouTube, Tik Tok, you name it, Brett probably creates content for it! Brett has been a part of the BAM team since the inception of the podcast. Although not related by blood, Brett and Ashley share a love of creating content and cultivating an audience. When Brett isn't producing the podcast, he leads fitness classes, uploads videos to YouTube and is frequently running around Central Park.
